How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible! The farther out you book, the more likely it is that we will have availability to accomodate your request! We recommend booking at least one month prior to your event although 2-3 months is ideal!
Last minute accommodations are possible but never guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Should I tip my performer?
While not required, tipping is ALWAYS appreciated if you were satisfied with your performer! We recommend tipping 15%-20% of the total cost of your event package.

How far can your performers travel to an event?
Every Package includes 45 miles roundtrip from our homebase in St. Petersburg.
Locations further out may incur a travel fee.

Do we have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured through NEXT Insurance.
$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate.
Certificate available upon request.

Are deposits refundable?
NO. If you need to cancel, your $50 deposit converts to a cancellation fee.
We would be happy to work with you to reschedule your event to avoid this!

What time should I have the character arrive?
At least 30 minutes after the start of the event. This gives ample time for most guests to arrive and settle in before the fun begins!
